totally passionate about fitness and the difference it can

I have suffered poor health in the past and was astonished

Being fit does not mean exercising for hours and living on celery
sticks! It is all about making a few simple changes and
maintaining them. All too many people try to do too much,
too soon, cannot maintain it and give up. I will show you a
different way.
I will not ban you from foods you like. I will not try to force you
to exercise in a way you don’t like. I will devise nutrition plans
and exercise regimes that you genuinely like and suit your
lifestyle.
Fitness isn’t only for those fortunate enough to have a size 8
