I am based in Eastleigh, Hampshire and can put on classes locally for 7 or more people.
The LBD (little black dress) workout is a workout designed to raise the metabolism to encourage fat burning. It is interspered with toning for the whole body to ensure you look your best at the party - get ready for Chrsitmas with this amazing workout - you won't look back!
Step and tone uses a step platform for a fantastic lower body workout, you choose how high the step is depending on your level of fitness. To end we have a targeted upper body and abdominal workout using resistance bands - you will be astonished at what you can do with a band!
Salsa and Hula is split into two 30 minute workouts. We start with either Hula or Salsa, that can change each week! We slowly and gradually work on that hula technique and once you are confident then we start adding small steps, pivots and even jumps! Everyone works at thier own pace and once everyone is up to speed - we have a fantastic routine to display along with brilliant music. Salsa, is just that - sashay and wiggle those hips and enjoy. The hula will whip your waist line into shaoe whilst the salsa will drop inches from your hips and thighs!
Aerobics is a fantastic all round exercise to raise the heart rate, exercise the lungs and raise your metabolism. It is really effective for those of you who want to lose weight or improve your general fitness.
Super Seniors is a small and friendly class using simple choreographed routines that are low impact. We are a lovely friendly bunch so you can be sure to be made welcome - see you there!
20-20-20 is a brilliant workout incorporating 20 minutes of aerobics, followed by 20 minutes of step aerobics and then we finish with both standing and mat based toning exercises. It is a little bit of everything to get the maximum effect.
Body conditioning classes have a shorter amount of aerobic work as the majority of the class focuses on toning muscles. This can be done with bands, hoops, gliders, hand weights or equipment free.
LBT (Legs, bums and tums) is the good old fashioned favourite. Hi low aerobics is followed by concentrated toning exercises to focus on those trouble spots. Utilising your own body weight as resistance you get a really effective workout.
Zumba is a new and exciting form of Latin dance fitness and you can read more by clicking on the Zumba logo - this is defintely not one you want to miss!
Pilate's is a fantastic form of exercise for strengthening the core and it aids balance and good coordination. It is also excellent for improving your posture and breathing technique. My Pilate's classes are mat based and we focus strongly on getting the technique correct so you gain the maximum benefit.
