Exercise and fitness mean different things to different people. Through our consultations we will discover what they mean to you. From there I will devise a regime specifically for you and only you. I will support and motivate you throughout.
Continual reassessments ensure that you are working effectively and at the maximum your body can. This ensures you get the best results in the shortest space of time.

Exercises range from running, stepping, power walking, aerobics, weights or equipment free exercise. The list is endless so you can be sure that the regime I will devise for you will be exercise that you want to do and enjoy.

- 3 sessions at £29 per session
- 5 sessions at £28 per session
- 8 sessions at £27 per session
